Welcome to whizshot.com, operated by Whizshot Media LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Customers book services via our online calendar widget.
Payment is required upfront through Stripe and includes all applicable sales tax.
By submitting a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Customers may reschedule a booking without additional charge if the request is made at least 12 hours before the booked time. To reschedule, customers may either send an email to info@whizshot.com or use the reschedule widget accessible via the order details link in their original booking confirmation email.
Users have the option to checkout as a guest without manually creating an online account.
If checked out as a guest, an account will be automatically created using the provided email address. Login instructions for this account will be automatically sent to that email.
Customers must log in to their account to use the rescheduling widget or to view order details beyond the information provided in the original booking confirmation email.
Customers are responsible for checking their spam or junk mail folders if they do not receive emails from us. We are not responsible for missed emails due to incorrect email addresses, failed email delivery, or email filters directing messages to spam folders.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
Drone videography
Real estate photography
Generating floor plans for properties using a specialized app
Our real estate photography packages generally include up to 40 photographs.
Typical photo counts based on property size:
Up to 20 photos for properties under 2,000 sq ft
Up to 25 photos for properties under 3,000 sq ft
Up to 35 photos for properties under 4,000 sq ft
These are general guidelines; we will work with customers on their specific needs provided total photos do not exceed 40.
Additional photos beyond 40, up to 60, may be provided at additional cost billed at $50/hour for shooting and editing labor.
Delivered drone videos typically range from 30 to 90 seconds in length, depending on property size and other factors.
The basic drone videography package can include both a vertical (9:16) and a horizontal (16:9) version of the same video.
Requesting more than one format may increase turnaround time but will still typically meet the standard four business day delivery window.
Custom videography projects beyond what is offered in the standard drone video packages may not include both vertical and horizontal versions.
Requests for videos exceeding 120 seconds fall outside the standard package scope and will require custom pricing based on project specifics.
All deliverables are digital files sent via email or other agreed digital methods.
Typical turnaround times (from onsite completion to delivery) are:
Real estate photography: by midnight of the property’s time zone or six hours, whichever is later
Floor plan generation: within 24 hours
Drone videography: within 4 business days
These turnaround times are targets and not guaranteed.
We will attempt to complete onsite services within two hours of arriving onsite at the booked time, but this is not guaranteed.
The shooting site must be in “ready condition” at the scheduled time, meaning:
Accessible by customer presence or provided access mechanisms (e.g., access code, lockbox)
Clean and organized for immediate start of services
If the property is inaccessible or unsuitable upon arrival, requiring us to leave without completing services, a $150 fee will be charged.
Customers may cancel with a full refund if cancellation is emailed to info@whizshot.com at least 12 hours before the scheduled booking time.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking time will incur a partial refund equal to the full price minus $50.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings and issue refunds at our discretion, including but not limited to reasons such as adverse weather, timing conflicts, regulatory or site access issues, drone malfunction, or infeasibility.
Prior to issuing any refund related to cancellation by us, we will attempt to contact the customer via provided email or phone to arrange a solution if possible.
Floor plans are created using a third-party app which may fail or be incompatible with certain property types or sizes.
If the app fails or the property is incompatible, we will attempt a return visit if feasible to redo the floor plan.
A partial refund may be issued for floor plan services if they cannot be delivered as part of the package.
Each package includes two rounds of minor revisions, covering, for example:
Adding or adjusting titles, sizes, and positions
Color grading, brightness, and other visual tweaks
Music and sound level adjustments
Minor clip swaps, timing, and basic audio tweaks
Major revisions—such as new shooting, extensive re-editing, structural changes, or advanced graphics—are not included and billed at $50/hour.
Revision requests must be submitted within two weeks of delivery.
The customer acknowledges inherent risks with drone videography and real estate photography services, including but not limited to weather conditions, drone malfunctions, and equipment limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services.
Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.
We retain full ownership of all raw footage and delivered media.
Customers receive a permanent, limited license to use the delivered media for promoting their own or their client’s business or property.
The delivered media may not be resold or falsely represented as produced by anyone other than our team.
Deliverables are accepted “as is,” except for the two rounds of minor revisions included as noted elsewhere.
We do not guarantee that the delivered media will play on all devices, especially if the customer’s devices do not support certain codecs or formats.
We do not guarantee that the deliverables will materially improve the customer’s business outcomes such as increased sales, customers, or clients.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their intended devices and platforms.
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Whizshot Media LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the customer’s use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
We are not responsible for delays or failures to provide services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Whizshot Media LLC is registered and the state where services are rendered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
